Poor leadership since Andy Jassy has joined the company , there is always layoffs , people are consider nothing but numbers , absolutely erroneous targets and just too much of uncertainity

The people were incredible and every night made life better. The pay was good too

It’s very cliquey. Oftentimes filled with extra hours of stress and senior leadership doesn’t care about you once they see flaws Tons of targeting whether it be associates or managers
