Pros

Live by the LPs, Results Driven & you constantly hear conversations in hallways and elevators related to what people are working on to add value to the company. Pro and Con - they encourage moving around the orgs as early as six months into the job. It takes more time to get acclimated to a role.

Cons

One pagers, 3 pagers, 6 pagers, PRFAQs.. Too much writing which at times gets in the way of Delivering Results. Culture tends to foster silos and people not wanting to help their team is they don't benefit from the work.
