Pros

Insurance coverage from day one. Great coworkers. Clean and organized work environment. Paid and unpaid time off, vacation pay. Fast paced environment. Air-conditioning.

Cons

*10 hour shifts are too long. *Too much mandatory overtime. *A lot of walking, hard on your feet and legs. *Rates are set ridiculously high. *Pay is too low. *Training is mediocre at best. *Management is not that great. *Employee morale is low, turn over is constant. *Breaks are too short. *Hard work is rarely recognized.
