Pros

Amazing health care plans, very affordable, all from day one. You are not required to socialize at all.

Cons

Yikes where to start, mandatory overtime was the deal breaker for me, started working 50 hours a week after my first week of a 4 day 40 hour week, you get 2 half hour breaks which were ok, but the 2nd half hour was a paid break, but it was not a full half hour and management would reprimand anyone who was late coming back, even just 2 minutes! The pay was ok, but there is no work life/home life balance, if you're single it's great but if you have a family, you won't see them much at all.
