Not really worth it

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Flexible time off options including vacation, paid time off, and unpaid time off.

Cons

Very physical. Full time shifts are long (10-12 hours depending on your schedule). You will likely be forced to cross train in other positions without much notice. During Prime season (July-ish) and peak season (end of November-end of January), you will be working mandatory extra shifts up to 60 hours a week.
