Pros

Contrary to what is shared by media, IMO Amazon is a wonderful place to work! Bit then, I was a unicorn employee who enjoyed working there as opposed to playing on my phone or sitting on my tush. I was a "grunt" worker in Stow and worked with great managers.

Cons

Staring pay could be better but benefits are great for FT and even PT. When I was PT I got free Vision and Dental. Also, could allow for more variety of tasks to avoid repetitive motion injuries/stress.

shift options are plentiful, and benefits are not bad overall.

Cons

Training all they told you about was how they were ready to write you up for this, that, or the other. Don't touch the wrong item at the wrong time, or they write you up. Don't get the item in the bin just right, they write you up. try to fix bin so more things can fit, that is a no no, we will write you up.
