Awful

Pros

Paid maternity leave up to 3 months, disability leave up to 4 months

Cons

mandatory overtime, not women friendly environment, sexual harassment, they have a room for lactating moms but it is only to be used during your 30 minute lunch that starts at the back of the warehouse so it could take you 10 minutes for you to reach the break room or lactation room so in reality you only have 15 minutes for lunch, breaks are only 5 minutes, lots of OISHA violations and unsafe worker environment write ups, they can fire you for being too slow or being the slowest worker, very discriminatory against women who aren't as strong as men
