      Sweet pay, great working facilities, and high hiring bar which means you do work with many experts in their field delivering amazing products and services for customers, and have productive working relationships

      Cons

      No transparency, unclear people strategy, compensation cycle is confusing.

      Pros

      Amazon still encourages a lot of creativity and and their leadership principles are still at the core of the company.

      Cons

      Amazon's benefits have been reduced, also back filling employees who leave is nearly impossible in HR so if someone on the team goes in the best case can take 6 months to be replaced and the work will just be distributed among the rest. Promos are rarely happen.
