Pros

- Large professional growth opportunity - High initial pay with sign on bonus - Good health insurance - Useful internal educational modules and video database you can use to learn

Cons

- Fast paced highly demanding environment - High pressure deadlines - Lots of overtime - Stacked ranked review system designed to rarely give out performance bonuses and limit number of promotions - Pressure to use AI to do 4-5 engineer's worth of work without safety guardrails - When Leadership decides to focus on a campaign, they will throw every resource at it at the sacrifice of quality for all other aspects of the service - Pay decreases dramatically after sign on bonus ends, and there is very unlikely a yearly performance bonus to make up for it - Frequent mass layoffs
