Pros

Lots of smart and experienced people to help you slowly get accustomed to how many moving pieces there are. Still, it will take a while. Might be a bit of a culture shock if you are coming from a very small company.

Cons

RTO (Return-to-office) mandate is strictly enforced. Have to badge in 3 times per week, it is being enforced very strictly. There is talk of missing a day of badging in being counted as a 'vacation day' even if you worked. Stupidly strict and it is annoying a lot of people. Office presence was never an issue until the system made it an issue. Trying to solve what isn't a problem.
