Pros

Huge data volume experience to technical people. Learning how things work with huge data volumes. Learning how to do quick fixes during on call support. less amount of documentation to do for testing and design documents. flexible work timings.initial hike and bonus are good

Cons

on call support on weekends. less consideration shown towards employee's at times. Most of the time will be spend in understanding how existing things caused a bug and how to fix that. More focused on getting things done very fast instead of doing the things in best way. no time for thinking or doing things except work. too much focused on frugality at times. Huge time involved in supporting existing applications. Post appraisal hikes are not good. They also pro-ratio %hike based on number of months you have worked for the organization in that appraisal cycle. Not good family and worklife balance. work hard only.
