Pros

Well known company Better than Average Pay, compared to working for a random company

Cons

This company felt like it was going downhill so I got out. It felt like no one had any real ideas on what was needed and was throwing things at the wall. No one could vet ideas anymore. Sometimes decisions were made in narrow self interest ways, like building empires making useless things. Sometimes it was even more confusing, which was even worse. I would struggle to get to work on things that actually matters, usually having nonsense crowd that out. My transition to BIE was blocked, despite my Director telling me in a town hall they wouldn't freeze transitions so I took the next available job.
