Pros

The job is easy to learn, relatively low stress and offers a very flexible schedule. Employees choose their shift dates and time slots themselves, which is nice for anyone who is doing this part-time for extra money.

Cons

Giving “I’ve been vaccinated” t-shirts, as well as pay bonuses and other benefits for employees who have been Covid vaccinated in order to single out and put down those who haven’t, is not an “inclusive and equal-opportunity” move on Amazon’s part. Some people cannot get vaccinated for medical or religious reasons. It demonizes people for their right to medical choice.

Pros

Flexible schedule, pay decent, extra pay on major holidays

Cons

Inconsistent, not enough raises, lack of communication, point system, employee resource department is useless at times. System messes up when trying to schedule work or clocking in/out
