Pros

- Appreciate the writing culture, there's a standard process for everything. Everything is documented. - People are very friendly in real life and virtually. I get paragraphs of detailed response for every stupid questions I asked. - Great team culture. No pointing fingers when anything went wrong, people tries to help out to reach a solution together. When things go well, team recognises each others contribution. - A lot of socials, and all are fully paid for and during usual working hours. And manager doesn't expect anything to be done in those hours. - Learn & Be Curious day every fortnight to learn anything we want. Be AWS, blockchain, external tools or internal tools.

Cons

- Too much internal tools. Hard to navigate. Onboarding is intimidating. - 24/7 Oncall week doesn't have much compensation. - A lot of chore and manual work despite the effort in automating a lot of the request already. - Plenty of languages.... in our team we mainly use Java, with a bit of Kotlin, a bit of Python, and internal languages.... - Corporate too big we focus only on small parts of business logic so it's not great to really learn about tech design....
