Where to start...
They have historically and presently (as of late 2025) continue to pay WAY BELOW the current market value for EVERY ROLE - IN EVERY COUNTRY / REGION / AREA that they occupy and hire people in.
They preach about caring about their employees at every single town hall, but it is all PR bull crap! (You are a negligible / disposable piece of crap stuck to the bottom of their shoe -AT BEST!!! they probably don't even give you that much thought TBH!!!)
The Health benefits continue to decline year-after-year! They continue to pass more and more expenses off to their, "precious employees" but never increase wages enough to keep up with the inflation let alone the increases in medical costs that they continue to pass off onto us (despite continued and rather significant (usually double digit) growth year-after-year... )
There is literally no appreciation for all the extra hours that you work. The more that you work and the more work that you get done - the more they expect from you!!! (Just don't do it!!!)
Everyone gets the same standard annual increase regardless of their performance (crap workers get the same percent increase as insanely dedicated, productive, talented, hard working, and OVER ACHIEVING employees get).
The Return to Office mandate is complete GARBAGE! Everyone still sits at their desks and attends meetings at their desks with their headphones on (the same exact way that people do when working from home). There is literally no increase in collaboration or culture or whatever other BS they try to pass off as an excuse!!! (If anything there is a significant decrease in productivity and collaboration because nobody can even hear themselves think anymore - let alone hear what their teammates are saying during a meeting). You will never have your own desk - expect to "rent a desk" every day - probably almost never get a good setup - and be expected to perform at the same or greater level than you normally would!!!
They claim to care about the environment, but yet they continue to force hard working people into the office for no reason (burning fossil fuels and increasing CO2 emissions for literally no reason whatsoever (LOOK FOR THE VIDEO, "The year earth changed" (on apple TV and possibly other platforms))), One year of lock-down changed the entire world profoundly! And yet nobody seems to give a crap!
If certain people can't work from home (or just don't want to) - just have those people go to the office! Don't make everyone else suffer for a few lazy/lonely people! Don't make my kids / Grand kids suffer with a horrible, hot, miserable planet because you like to be able to physically walk by my desk and watch me work like a creeper!!! And if your gonna do that - don't you dare try to claim that you care about the environment (nobody is buying it).
Oh, I almost forgot to mention that they are moving almost all dev roles (among many other roles) offshore to India! That's right, just laid a bunch of US people off, are not back filling any US roles, yet there are still plenty of open jobs posted over in India!
If you like to bust your behind for significantly less pay than you could earn (literally anywhere else) and you love being treated like crap then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!
If; However, you are like most people on this planet who are trying to earn a living wage and strike the appropriate work/life balance and you actually want to be treated like a human being AND NOT LIKE A SLAVE then I suggest that you STAY AWAY!!!!
