Nice weather all year long Good salary Great balance work/life If you like the functional part of the airline industry, it is the right place for you

Cons

Few chances of career (if you are a dev, you need to stop coding and learn functional stuff) You will not improve your coding skills, old technologies, internal tools, ugly code If you like coding, you want to leave within 2 years before you forget how to code. You don't really make a lot of new code, you will fix the numerous bugs, respond to complaining customers, and do maintenance of the code most of the time You will not work with a lot of smart people

Associated with one of the most prestigious GDS in the world Amadeus SAS.

Cons

Don't ever join. There is no work. Only process will take 90% of your time and you will not learn anything. Not good for your career growth. All the managers are non technical. Have no idea how much time it takes to do anything.
