Most of the teams have a relaxed atmosphere with a good work life balance. Free Food and Affordable Cab facilities. Active HR group

Cons

Work is not challenging enough with a lack of good projects in Bangalore. The higher management has least interest in the job satisfaction of an engineer till the work is getting done, this gives undue power to a Manager which at times is misused.
