- Work/life balance - Great team dynamics (at least with the team I've worked for) - Supportive and approachable lead - Individual performance bonus

Cons

- Not much growth/technical trainings for employees to be up-to-date with the latest technologies - In some teams, the Manila team is more competent and cooperative in upholding discussed/agreed team values/processes than team couterparts.
