      Pros

      During my interview process, Ceyda from Human Resources was very friendly and helpful. What initially influenced my perspective of the company was Ceyda's helpful and positive attitude. Currently, I am very satisfied with my manager, the work environment, and the company culture. This is a company where you can develop your career in both management and technical expertise. It is quite global, and since you regularly interact with foreign clients and staff, you can also improve your English.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to the industry. The company does not provide a cold beverage buffet for employees, not even soda or milk. There is no cold drink area. The company phone is considered a fringe benefit, and you need to spend time to get one.
