Leadership management company that help people to develop themselves Finance driven company which has pro and con; But very performing Finance department. Innovation and developmenet of new product/project is a reality in Amadeus. Compensations and social advantages are good Salary wise, outstanding for the Social benef French riviera is a wondeful place to leave for people who love sea and mountain, hiking and sailing, skying and swimming

Cons

Carrier progression has become slower and his more and more difficult Technology wise the company may not be in the right decade Place to leave in outrageously expensive. nearly impossible to "buy" something decent. You'll have to rent.

Good weather Except the good weather of south of France (which is not merit of Amadeus) I cannot find any pros

Cons

No chance to improve your skills Very old and in house technologies used Despite being a developer you spend 99% of your time troubleshooting and bug fixing a huge code base which is just spaghetti code Code quality below 0 0 socializing if you don't speak French Job extremely boring and frustrating for whoever likes developing software No chance of promotion life very expensive compared to the salaries Canteen expensive, more than 3uer of admission fee My advise is to stay away from this company if you are a good developer and you want to progress.

The company growth offers many opportunities to evolve and learn new things, including many options to relocate abroad. Salaries are above average. There are so many projects on going, it's difficult to get bored.

Cons

The focus is more an more on short term payback, without a strong long term strategy. Due to this lack of long term vision, priorities are changing almost every week and the arbitration process is more and more bureaucratic and political.
