      Pros

      Very nice location and multicultural environment. Relaxed atmosphere all over the place and one of the few companies I know hiring feshly graduated students giving them a chance for a first work experience.

      Cons

      Disorganisation is the key here; it is often impossible to plan your activities because there is always something more urgent popping out at the last minute. Professional activity not so interesting either; it is rare to start and finish a project, most of the times you have to take something started by someone else and by the time you are starting to be useful someone else has to take over.

      Pros

      The main pro of Amadeus is Work/life balance. You are expected to work around 7 hours and a half and there is no pressure at all. You can get a calm life here, the area is great in summer because of the sea and nice in winter thanks to the mountains. Depending on the team you might get really interesting projects or you might be doomed to recurring activities.

      Cons

      Big con: Human resources. Some people is hired without knowing what is C++ (hired as C++ developers). Also a con: Depending on the team you might get really interesting projects or you might be doomed to recurring activities. As said, work/life is great, what means that there is a lot of people with are just "going through" the day, don't be surprised if there is people not performing at all and therefore blocking your work.
