Puerile management Incapable of embracing newer technologies Service-mentality ignoramuses recruited for decision-making posts Freshers often paid more than current employees with 5y+ experience! No foresight ever displayed in any of their decisions over past 7 years! Steady and alarming attrition has got the management by the balls - they don't have an answer yet

My experience so far in the company as been quite good.(working full time for more than 3 years) Some of the pros are : * Great Work-Life Balance * Taking leaves when needed is not met with questions. * Great place to acquire in depth expertise on some functionality/component. * Complete responsibility and credibility for your work * Great Work Culture * Great place to increase your domain knowledge (Travel Sector) * Flexible Timings * A known name in Travel Domain

Cons

* A lot depends on how your immediate manager is. * HR procedures are not very employee friendly * Not the right place in case you are looking to work on multiple technologies in a short span of time. * No Internal Movement * A lot of internal tools are used, which is both good and bad.
