      Wonderful experience initially till the politics kicked in

      Pros

      - Rich multi cultural environment - opportunity to stay in the French Riviera (that was great ) - Stable job - opportunity to move laterally - Fantastic training culture

      Cons

      - once the politics kicked in ( new Boss with a lot of power) it impacted the career growth and took the fun out - can happen anywhere I guess - upwards mobility options are very limited

      Pros

      Solid profitable company. Flexibility & stability which makes it one of the best employers in Madrid currently. Good working atmosphere.

      Cons

      What makes it a great place to work (multicultural, solid growth history etc.) can also mean that there is a certain 'status quo' in the way things work that can be hard to shake. Changing the way things get done can be tough.

      You have the right to do what you want to do. Not much pressure. Flexible timings.

      Cons

      Work is not much exciting. HR is awful. Awful food. Not much to learn.
