      Terrible and greedy management that have no clue how to lead Poor communication from the top Zero transparency The more arrogant you are, the better your chances of success Promotion is all about who you know, your surname and which MBA program you were on People work in silos

      - Not a lot of opportunitties for carreer progression (only managerial path) - Location (next to Heathrow) - A lot of in-house solutions used instead of opensource alternatives
