Learn skills that will make you highly marketable next: project leading, prioritisation, speed & time management, and eventually team management. Fast forward 5+ years and you can own a PNL of $5+ million and oversee a team of 10+ people.

Cons

Like every place that is based on a fast growth model, you need to put in a lot of application and care towards your clients and peers to get the most out of it. This means working past 18:30 on occasions and staying responsive on high priority projects.
