- No hierarchy - Clear career path - Very competitive salary among professional service firm - High Autonomy - Many Social events - Many perks (Snacks, Yoga Class, drinks) - Annual Firm Day (Everyone in Asia Office travel overseas together) - Good Culture

Cons

- It really depends on whether you enjoy working in a "REAL" MNC setting. Over half of the employee in Hong Kong office are foreigners - Needs to speak in English all the time - Too young (everyone is too young in AS and even managers are around 24-26 years old) - Not very corporate setting

Cons

sometimes this work can be quite intense. you dont have to be 24/7 standing by but you need to deliver the experts in a very timely efficient manner.
