Growing company, with determined and driven people. Trying to establish a global presence and build outwardly. A fresh-faced group of college hires which lends to the young professional atmosphere.

Cons

A recently new startup so size and brand recognition aren't all there. Employee and workplace culture can be cliquish. Assignments can teeter on boring.

Fast growing company becoming the industry leader. Great place to start your career with great mentors. Very clear career progression path with proper training at each stage.

Cons

Long working hours, and quite some repetitive work. Very competitive environment so make sure you are up for the game.
