      hands on experience, a lot of autonomy and opportunity to build your own book of business early on. management is proactive in providing training and skill building opportunities

      Cons

      typical to promote from within, so majority of folks you're working with have only worked at AS (typically hires out of undergrad). not necessarily a bad thing but does limit perspectives at times
