4yWe appreciate reading your honest feedback. The total financial compensation we offer Associates is competitive with the packages of the big four consulting firms. Because our Associates have more personal revenue impact than their peers at professional services firms, our total compensation is weighted more towards incentive pay, and less towards base salary.
