In my opinion, this is an excellent place to start your career and the amount of effort and time they put into the learning & development of their employees is something you don't see elsewhere. It's a shame a few disgruntled formers bashed it with such harmful reviews. I'd recommend you reach out to current and former AlphaSights Dubai Associates on LinkedIn to ask them for their two cents instead.
