      Dynamic and developing young company with opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      There are definitely some serious benefits to working at such a young and hands-on organization. With numerous opportunities to get involved right from the start, both in client service work and firm development, even the newest members of the company can quickly become leaders and directly contribute to the growth of the firm. On top of the go getter culture here, I definitely cannot discount how interesting the work is and the variety of projects I have worked on.

      Cons

      The company is currently in the throws of rapid growth, which ultimately contributes to some growing pains as we straddle the line between start up and an established company.

      Pros

      Such a great community of people to work with and even though the hours are long the time flies by because everyone loves being in the office. Even after typical work hours it's common for employees to stay later or grab dinner with each other. Additionally AlphaSights is supportive of grad school goals and will help you where possible.

      Cons

      Long hours and the job requires a lot of time spent on the phone. Additionally this isn't a job that ends at the end of the day; employees are expected to always be on top of their clients so the work/ life balance takes some adjustment.

      Pros

      Great environment - take on a lot of responsibility early on, such as managing projects and managing client accounts. The company puts a lot of emphasis on each employee's personal/career development, so there are always new challenges to tackle and new skills to hone. As a young company, people on the client service team aslo get to be involved with other aspects of the business, including operations, client development and recruiting. Plus, there a lot of young people in the office, so it's a fun place to be.

      Cons

      No many - a double edged sword of growing so quickly with our clients is that we're getting more projects almost faster than we can hire new analysts, so things can be spread a little thin!
