- Huge emphasis on mission of company, leadership and employees genuinely believe in powering progress through connecting people - Culture is incredible, teams are tight-knit - Rapid pace of promotion and professional development opportunities early in career - Sustaining healthy growth as a company in spite of pandemic and reaching well over 1000+ employees globally

Cons

Not necessarily a con but a reality check: This is a performance-based role and the company expects each of its employees to meet high standards. They don't shy away from this fact, and that type of role isn't for everyone! Ambitious people succeed here.
