Pros
Good pay for an associate, good monthly bonuses earning over £1,000 extra a month. Work isn’t challenging at the Associate level, there’s just a lot of it which is the challenge. Good social culture. If you work hard you can make something good out of the role.
Cons
Pay levels off at the manager level, no real pay progression and your bonuses are heavily influenced by how well your associates perform rather than how you perform. Pays less than other roles with 2 years experience and you have more work with less responsibility than you would have elsewhere
