- People are generally very nice, ambitious and fun to be around - More ownership and responsibility than other corporate roles, leads to accelerated learning curve and makes work much more fulfilling, i.e. you can tangibly see the impact of your work on the business - Leadership is very ambitious - the level of ambitious and drive means the start-up feel persists despite being a relatively large scale-up
Cons
- Work can be stressful at times, but that ultimately drives growth, and it's a very collaborative environment, and it always feels like you're in it together
