      Pros

      Loved my team and the company. Very young and hands on. Everyone is friendly and gets along. Upwards trajectory and great career building opportunities. If you’re interested in something the team will help you get there.

      Cons

      Teams can feel fragmented. Not everyone did the same amount of work.

      Repetitive Job with OK

      Pros

      young company, lunch catered to company but you must pay for it, some exposure to legal concepts like risk management, fun offsite and group events

      Cons

      Repetitive and monotonous daily work that isn't very interesting. The job isn't dealing with real law or legal regulations. Upper management has poor managerial skills, juvenile work environment can often feel like a high school clique or sorority/fraternity that benefits only upperclass preppy white people, hours are still long (8am-6pm), pay is mediocre for New York City cost of living and hours
