AlphaSights serves the perfect platform to kickstart your career. You get full ownership and exposure to client service right off the bat. In just two years I was managing a full team of Associates and running a large book of business which has equipped me with a wide set of skills so early on in my career.

Cons

It's a fast-paced and hard-working environment which isn't suited to everyone!

- decent salary, relative to similar roles

- micromanagement - very long working hours (8:30am-6:30pm are the standard minimum contractual hours) - lack of trust and flexibility, not treated like an adult - precarious working environment, with extremely high turnover and unrealistic targets
