      They try their best to give it a college feel. The unofficial motto is basically “we suffer together”

      Cons

      No work life balance, almost impossible metrics, never good enough, Pay is not worth the all work you’ll do. This is essentially a cold call sales role. The corporate equivalent of selling knives door to door
