      The company’s strategy and project priorities are not clear. The company’s internal processes are immature. No desire to unify processes, each department lives in its own world, so there is a sense of chaos. The criteria for promotion are not transparent. Promotions and salaries are not linked to experience or qualification.

      Align Technology cares about the people working there. Doing Covid the company maintained all of the employees. Good opportunity to create and bring ideas to the table. Good career opportunities. Good salary and social benefits. If you want to be challenged daily, learn and grow this is the place to be.

      We work hard but it is being rewarded both emotionally and economically.
