      Exciting to work on space projects !

      Pros

      It is very exciting to work on high-tech projects that are then launched and fly in space ! Great commitment of the employees to delivering high-quality products.

      Cons

      The process looks heavy sometimes, but this is also what guarantees the quality of our products. Another drawback would be the pay, which is OK but could be better.

      Pros

      Airbus gives opportunities for career, work/life balance and very good benefits (salary, pension fund, ...). Amazing company to work for for family people with children, you get a lot of flexibility in working hours and holidays. Completely recommend it!

      Cons

      Even if I'm in love with Airbus and dreamed to come back after my internship, I have to admit that the company is quite old-fashioned with aging population. In areas I worked for (I'm not an engineer, I guess it will be completely different for them) I experienced lack of young and motivated people who are searching for challenges and want to change things.
