Pros
- jobs are secure and benefits often generous - personal development: lots of trainings, half-year reviews of personnel - transnational and multicultural environment - enough opportunities to extend knowledge by changing departments/fields - flexible for family-oriented people
Cons
- too frequent restructuring of organisations - temporary workers, even if they are excellent, have often a hard time to become internal staff - enough managers, in middle and upper management, apparently just driven by their own careers - too bureaucratic in some aspects
