      Good People, Not so Great Management

      Pros

      Great people to work with -- lot of good experience. This could be a really great place to work with a couple of not so minor changes...

      Cons

      Management is not engaged and the office politics are akin to being a cheerleader in high school. Also, unless you are an expat you probably won't get promoted very far up the ladder.

      Working on interesting things, that will never been sold

      Pros

      - decent pay - good work-life balance - not too much stress - public servant kind of job - you wont be fired if you don't perform

      Cons

      - you climb the latter, if you don't screw up (succeeding is not important), which means that you shouldn't fail, which leads to: no risk taking and no decision making - no strategy in place or totally disconnected from people working - no entrepreneurial culture: "we only build something new, when the customers fully pays us" - constant re-organisation (at least every 2 years)

      Talented people, exciting projects, international exposure, lots of responsibility at an early stage, good benefits, work life balance possible, decent amount of travel

      Cons

      The number of projects being rolled out simultaneously sometimes makes makes it hard to get the necessary resources to get the job done quickly
