Pros

very leading edge technology stack (scala, cassandra, couchbase, kafka, teamcity for CI/CD, elastic search), change for career growth, agile faster software development

Cons

salaries a little lower in bangkok, but living costs also much lower.

-Company cares about your working hours and don't expect overtime -Salary is fair -Highest of managers are approachable to everyone

Cons

-For distant offices the HR is not involved and we have to take care of everything ourselves -You have to pay your own tickets/hotel when you go abroad and get money back
