1. International & friendly work environment. Employees are always encouraged to take ownership and share ideas with management 2. Good relocation opportunities 3. Employee benefits are fairly good 4. Fairly good work-life balance 5. Company is growing fast and good for a short-term and/or long-term career path

1. Employees are not well-acknowledged of projects that're not related to their teams (it'd be nice to know what're the main projects going on, company-wide)
