      International environment Friendly atmosphere Office located in the city centre

      Cons

      Focused too much on productivity rather than quality Management is extremely paranoid that workers are gaming the system, so they elaborate rules that actually make life more difficult for the hard-working employees Really hierarchical, workers are never asked to contribute with ideas or feedbacks

      Good place to learn, support from team leaders is excellent.

      Cons

      No room for growth, bias in decision making, always kept employee in the dark. Kpi calculation keep changing every few months and was not revised by end of the year. Not many benefit.
