      Across departments, there are too many directors that 'kiss up, kick down', which negatively impacts the mood at times.

      You are free to speak up * Reasonable tech culture * High level of new tech adoption * Good benefits * A lot of learning and grow opportunities * Big scale * CTO and tech leadership actively engage in tech, do internal workshops.

      Cons

      * Some processes are slower than they could be. On the other hand considering size of the company - it's reasonable, * Due to company scale - full circle of implementing a project might be slower than in start-ups/smaller companies, * Pressure to deliver results faster might be not comfortable sometimes.

      + Interesting tech + Working at scale + Nice benefits

      Cons

      - Definitely not a "people first" company and it's very noticeable - Extremely high expectations from basically everyone, often unrealistic - No tolerance for mistakes: you can do 10 amazing things and 1 bad, and your performance review score will be greatly impacted - Not enough acknowledgement on achievements - Senior management is extremely involved in day to day work, a lot of micromanagement - They say they promote diversity in but practice you need to do things their way, or get fired - Most managers are lacking in people skills and empathy, sometime even basic respectable communication skills
