Pros

No need to overwork if you are good at time management, no force about it. Good money in Thailand and flexible schedule swap with colleagues.

Cons

Specific team's managers are not flexible at all. Very forceful and rude. While you are talking to customers, if you don't reply managers' chat as soon as possible, they get mad and scold you. Very childish and bad management.
