Organised company structure including training and job scope has been developed deeply for each role so every roles have their own JD well plan and very clear. Very awesome induction training for new joiners to adapt the culture as well; And 3 days WFH globally applied so employee can arrange its time and work schedule more flexible

bad management , I had faced new manager each quarter and every manager tries to judge people down And most of the top managerial are from a certain country same as CEO
