Business Outlook
Pros
- Very high level of talent pool, you'll work with very smart capable people - You have full access to the company's data which is rare, great for digging into the analytics relevant to your role - Culture is fast-paced and innovative, still feels like an entrepreneurial environment despite being a mature company
Cons
- The central office is in Bangkok, working outside of that nexus can be an alienating experience - Expectations are high and work/life balance can suffer as a result - While not as bad as other places I've worked, there are still some office politics to navigate which can be frustrating
