Good salary and benefits. An organization with a passion for developing the African continent through infrastructure projects thus improving the quality of life and economic growth of its African shareholders.

Cons

Managers are a total disaster, with no people skills. Systemic throughout the organization since there’s no 360 deg feedback for them. Bureaucracy and slow decision making rampant.
