It is an amazing organisation where the motto "building Africa today for a better tomorrow" it is nore than a motto but embedded in the DNA of the organisation. It is a place where someone can contribute to the development of Africa and make impact. Good colleagues, professional work.

Cons

Management is a bit strong and dose not listen to the advise of staff on how to improve the system. There is a bit unhealthy politics between Anglophone and Franca phones, and Africans and non African staff.
